Great service. Immediate response and super fast fix to my problem. I had suffered with 81-83 degrees internal temperature while it was 119 degrees outside. Another ac contractor in the area came by five time and never found the problem and therefore never fixed the problem. That other contractor wanted me to climb a ladder to check machinery (that's his job not mine) and he never had a working phone number. Air Time came through for me without delay. Thank you. Our AC when out about 7 o'clock on Saturday night we called around to the larger companies for AC Care. All of the bigger companies did not have anyone to help until the following day. With temperatures hitting a 115 today waiting through the night would have been Unbearable. We called Jonathan and he answered right away saying he would be out within the hour, within 15 minutes of arrival we were up and running. He was very pleasant knowledgeable and helpful in all of our questions. We would recommend him over and over again to anyone. I know the safe bet is to ask the bigger companies but sometimes those bigger companies missed the mark with customer service Jonathan exceeded, He made us feel like we were important and that he wanted it fixed right.

My family on a Sunday night our AC went out. I searched for 24 hour services. But the ones I found I had dealt with before. Told me I need a brand new system 10 to 12 grand. We didn't have that kind of money. They looked for 5 minutes with that diagnosis. I was desperate to get it going. After the call that said local I realized they were out of state. So the hours to get here I know weren't local but listed to every city here. I looked again and found one in BHC. Football BBQ late night. This young man and his buddy came out to golden valley and spent nearly 3 hours! They fixed our air conditioner! I didn't need a new system. This man stayed until the house cooled down. Reasonable price and genuine and kind. I learned he also flips old mobile homes. It's hard to find honest people these days. But I tell you, he is honest and stays until you're happy. I recommend this business. And looking forward to dealing with them again.
